目的分析探讨人性化护理在手术护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取我科2012年9月至2013年9月25位护理人员,以及2012年1月至2012年6月人性化管理模式实施前的手术患者3000例和2012年7月至2012年12月人性化管理模式实施后的手术患者3000例,采用问卷调查的方式对患者和护理人员在实施人性化护理管理模式前后的满意度进行调查,分析人性化管理模式在手术护理管理中的应用价值和经验。结果 25位护理人员在人性化管理模式实施前满意度为32.00%,人性化管理模式实施后满意度60.00%,实施人性化管理后护理人员的满意度明显高于实施前;人性化管理模式实施前患者满意度为29.63%,实施人性化管理模式后满意度为54.10%,实施人性化管理后患者的满意度明显高于实施前。结论人性化管理模式应用在手术护理管理中可以提高手术护理质量,提高患者满意度,减少护理纠纷,因此人性化管理模式值得广泛应用到护理管理中。
Objective To analyze and discuss the value of humanized nursing in surgical nursing management. Methods A total of 25 nurses from September 2012 to September 2013 in our department and 3000 surgical patients before the humanized management mode from January 2012 to June 2012 were selected and the humanity from July 2012 to December 2012 3000 cases of surgical patients after the implementation of the management mode, the satisfaction degree of patients and nurses before and after the implementation of the humane nursing management mode was investigated by means of questionnaire, and the application value and experience of humane management mode in surgical nursing management were analyzed . Results The satisfaction rate of 25 nurses before implementation of humane management mode was 32.00% and satisfaction rate of humane management mode was 60.00%. The satisfaction degree of nursing staff after implementation of humane management was obviously higher than that before implementation. The humanized management mode was implemented The former patient satisfaction was 29.63%. Satisfaction was 54.10% after the implementation of humane management mode. The satisfaction of patients after implementing humane management was significantly higher than that before implementation. Conclusions The application of humanized management model in surgical nursing management can improve the quality of surgical nursing, improve patient satisfaction and reduce nursing disputes. Therefore, humanized management model should be widely applied to nursing management.
