在现代企业中,激励问题已经成为人力资源管理中的一项重要内容。激励的科学与否,直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏。企业人才外流、积极性不能充分发挥、对企业失去信心等现象,已经成为制约企业发展的重要因素之一。有效的激励正是解决这些问题的关键。激励方法一般有以下几种:一是物质激励法,二是精神激励法,三是文化激励法,四是政治激励法。再根据实际情况加以实施,激发员工的积极性。
