“金九银十”时节已至,杭城房价却“跌”声四起,楼市面临深度调整。相比于普通住宅市场的降价潮,杭城的别墅市场表现相对稳定,开发商纷纷加大别墅供应量。据统计,今年下半年,杭城排屋、别墅楼盘开盘量比较大,约有33个楼盘,其中大华西溪风情悦宫、九龙一号、绿城青山湖玫瑰园、华元和庄、天乐云都等14个项目拟于传统的“金九银十”开盘,占了开盘房源的近一半。
