医院领导班子十分讲究整体效应,好象演戏一样,有主角,也有配角,戏的成功不但要求各个角色有精湛的技艺,还要求主角与配角之间做到最佳配合。要想搞好医院协,必须调好班子成员间的关系,建立一个团结有力的领导核心,形成管理工作的合力,并以此调动医务人员的积极性来办好医院;反之,如果班子成员间关系紧张,明争暗斗,互相拆台、就会出现“内耗”现象,降低管理效能。握笔者调查,目前有不少的医院领导班子不同程度地存在“内耗”现象,严重影响了医院的工作。
