目的为掌握阜新市各级医疗机构消毒工作存在的问题,降低医源性感染暴发事件风险。方法根据《医院消毒卫生标准GB15982-2012》,对医院各种消毒样品进行检测。结果共监测各级别医疗机构3 2 8家,采样2 1 60份,合格2 0 3 7份,合格率为94.31%;空气消毒效果合格率最低,为7 3.5 3%;不同级别医疗机构消毒效果合格率略有不同,但无统计学差异。结论阜新市各级医疗机构消毒质量总体能保持在较高水平,要加强空气消毒和医护人员的消毒知识培训工作。
Objective To understand the problems existing in disinfection work of medical institutions at all levels in Fuxin and to reduce the risk of iatrogenic infection outbreaks. Methods According to “hospital disinfection health standards GB15982-2012”, the hospital disinfection samples for testing. Results A total of 388 medical institutions at all levels were monitored, 2,160 samples were obtained, and 2 0 3 7 samples were passed. The pass rate was 94.31%. The lowest pass rate of air disinfection was 7 3.5 3%. The disinfection effects of different levels of medical institutions The pass rate is slightly different, but no statistical difference. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Fuxin can be maintained at a high level. Training on disinfection of air disinfection and medical staff should be strengthened.
