目的探讨中西医结合治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床效果。方法将2008年3月至2012年3月我院收治的45例确诊为HSP的患儿按照随机分组法分为两组,观察组进行中西医结合治疗,对照组进行常规西医治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.7%,对照组总有效率为77.3%;观察组住院时间(7.5±1.5)d,对照组住院时间(8.5±2.1)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜明显提高了患儿的治愈率和总有效率,可缩短病程,提高患儿的生命质量,达到标本兼治的目的。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) in children. Methods From March 2008 to March 2012, 45 children with HSP diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. Compared with the two groups Clinical efficacy of children. Results The total effective rate was 95.7% in the observation group and 77.3% in the control group. The length of hospitalization in the observation group was 7.5 ± 1.5 days and that in the control group was 8.5 ± 2.1 days. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura significantly improves the cure rate and total effective rate in children, which can shorten the course of disease and improve the quality of life of children, and achieve the purpose of treating both the symptoms and symptoms.
