目的研究转化生长因子(TGF)-β1及其下游调节因子Smad4在正常胃黏膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、肠上皮化生、非典型增生和胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨两因子在胃癌发生中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学方法,检测TGF-β1与Smad4在上述组织中的表达情况,分析两者表达在不同组织中的差异,以及其表达的关联性。结果在正常胃黏膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、肠上皮化生、非典型增生及胃癌组织中,TGF-β1的表达呈不同程度的增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但进展期胃癌与早期胃癌相比又略有下降,有无淋巴结转移间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Smad4的表达在各组间呈不同程度的减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进展期胃癌较早期胃癌表达减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无淋巴结转移组较有淋巴结转移组表达增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在胃癌和非典型增生组织中TGF-β1与Smad4表达无相关性,且对所有病例进行等级相关分析仍无相关性。结论TGF-β1与Smad4可能在胃癌的发生中发挥了一定的作用。

Conclusion TGF-β1 and Smad4 may play a role in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer.
