项目管理作为重大的新型管理技术之一,广泛涉及到各个领域。在项目管理过程中需要各方面人员之间的协调,但目的是要在不超出预算的情况下实现项目目标。这就使得会计工作变得更为重要,所以高效率,高准度,高质量的会计工作将是今后新的发展的方向。本文将对项目管理过程中会计的工作模式进行探讨,提出更加适应发展的会计运作模式。
As one of the major new management technologies, project management covers a wide range of fields. Coordination among people in all aspects is required in the project management process, but the goal is to achieve the project objectives without exceeding the budget. This makes the accounting work more important, so efficient, high-precision, high-quality accounting work will be the direction of new developments in the future. This article will discuss the accounting mode of work in the process of project management and put forward the accounting mode of operation which is more suitable to the development.
