目的 :研究反复呼吸道感染患儿 (简称“复感儿”)免疫功能的变化 ,探讨拔火罐和穴位注射对复感儿免疫功能的影响及其疗效机理。方法 :采用ELISA法测定治疗组、对照组复感儿治疗前后及正常儿童血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL - 2R)水平 ,治疗组采用拔火罐和穴位注射疗法 ,对照组使用转移因子口服液治疗 ,均采用单盲法。结果 :(1)治疗前复感儿血清sIL - 2R明显高于正常儿童 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )经拔火灌和穴位注射治疗后 ,升高的sIL - 2R水平有明显回落 (P <0 .0 1) ,临床疗效治疗组较转移因子对照组为优 ,但差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :复感儿的免疫功能普遍低下与紊乱 ,拔火罐和穴位注射既可调节复感儿脏腑经络气血的正常运行 ,又能提高复感儿的免疫功能 ,这可能是其治疗复感儿取得较好疗效的机理所在。
Objective: To study the changes of immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (referred to as “Fu-Er-Er”), and to explore the effect of cupping and acupoint injection on immune function and the therapeutic mechanism. Methods: Serum soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R) levels were measured by ELISA before and after treatment of Fu - Er - Er in the treatment group and the control group. Curative cupping and acupoint injection were used in the treatment group. Treatment, are used single-blind method. Results: (1) The sIL - 2R level of the septic children before treatment was significantly higher than that of the normal children (P <0.01). (2) The levels of sIL - 2R increased significantly (P <0.01). The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of transfer factor control group, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The immunocompromised children are generally low in immune function and disorder. Cupping and acupoint injection can not only regulate the normal operation of qi and blood of complex senile meridians and meridians, but also improve the immune function of the complex senile children, The mechanism of better efficacy lies.
