目的:通过动物实验观察缩宫素滴鼻剂的药理效应。方法:选用大鼠离体子宫、哺乳大鼠及家兔,分别观察不同剂量的缩宫素满鼻剂对子宫平滑肌及乳压的影响。结果:大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩幅度(张力)由0.27cm增加到0.49~1.63cm,收缩频率由6.3~7.2次/分升到12.20~22.50次/分;大鼠乳压由0,39~0.46kpa提高到0.56~1.21kpa,家兔乳压由0.76kpa升到1.27~2.06kpa。与对照组比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:缩宫滴鼻剂具有明显促进子宫平滑肌收缩,升高乳压,促进乳汁的分泌作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of oxytocin nasal drops by animal experiments. Methods: Isolated rat uterus, lactating rats and rabbits were used to observe the effect of different doses of oxytocin-nasal spray on uterine smooth muscle and pressure. Results: The contractile amplitude (tension) of rat uterine smooth muscle increased from 0.27cm to 0.49 ~ 1.63cm, the frequency of contraction increased from 6.3 ~ 7.2 times / min to 12.20 ~ 22.50 times / The milk pressure increased from 0,39 ~ 0.46kpa to 0.56 ~ 1.21kpa, and the lactation pressure increased from 0.76kpa to 1.27 ~ 2.06kpa in rabbits. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusions: Decoction nasal drops significantly promote uterine smooth muscle contraction, increase milk pressure, and promote the secretion of milk.
