《景点景区导游》是研究景点景区讲解人员日常带团所使用的服务技巧和讲解艺术的一门学科,具有很强的实践性。在课堂教学中,如何将教学过程与景点景区的实际讲解服务工作紧密结合,是旅游教育工作者不断探索的课题。本文立足于中职旅游职业教育,在实施工学结合的新型人才培养模式的基础上提出以任务驱动法构建《景点景区导游》的校本课程,旨在加强学生实践能力的培养,在“理论够用”的基础上突出实践教学环节。
