提出了利用逆向工程技术测量形状不规则的大型物料堆质量的方法。该方法通过多次测量获取物料堆表面的点云数据,将对多视点云数据拼合后进行三维重建,在得到物料堆表面数据后便可定量计算其体积。取样测量物料堆样品的容重,由物料堆体积和其容重便可以得到物料堆的质量。通过对大米堆进行试验证明,其测量误差小于1%,适用于测量煤堆、矿石堆和其它大型物料堆的质量。
A method of measuring the quality of irregularly shaped large material pile by reverse engineering is proposed. The method obtains the point cloud data of the material pile surface by multiple measurements, and then reconstructs the multi-viewpoint cloud data three-dimensionally and reconstructs the data. After obtaining the surface data of the material pile, the volume can be quantitatively calculated. Sampling to measure the bulk density of a material pile sample, the mass of the material pile can be obtained from the material pile volume and its bulk density. Experiments on rice piles show that the measurement error is less than 1% and is suitable for measuring the mass of coal piles, ore piles and other large material piles.
