注水是保持地层压力、提高原油采收率的主要措施之一。对含有敏感性矿物的砂岩储层,注水引起的水敏伤害是导致注水井吸水能力下降的主要原因之一。针对荣兴屯油田储层含敏感性矿物较高的特点,开发了将注入水矿化度逐级从地层水矿化度降至水源水矿化度的梯度注水工艺新技术。为加强增注效果并便于现场实施再辅以投加粘土稳定剂。室内试验及现场应用表明,该工艺较常规的措施适应性强,增产增注效果好。
Water injection is one of the main measures to maintain formation pressure and enhance oil recovery. Water-sensitive damage to sandstone reservoirs containing sensitive minerals is one of the major causes of the decrease in water absorption capacity of injection wells. In view of the high sensitivity of the sensitive minerals in the reservoir of Rongxingntun Oilfield, a new gradient water injection technology has been developed to reduce the salinity of injected water gradually from the salinity of formation water to the salinity of water source water. In order to enhance the effect of injection and facilitate on-site implementation and then add clay stabilizer. Indoor tests and field applications show that the process is more adaptable than the conventional measures, increasing production and injection effect.
