建立了参芎葡萄糖注射液的超快速液相色谱指纹图谱。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm。17批参芎葡萄糖注射液样品的指纹图谱中确定了10个共有峰。通过与对照品比对,确认其中的7个特征峰分别为丹参素、盐酸川芎嗪、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸D、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B和丹酚酸A。17批参芎葡萄糖注射液指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.98,且制剂与药材、半成品的指纹图谱有良好的相关性。
The ultra-fast liquid chromatographic fingerprint of Shenxiong glucose injection was established. Diamonsil C18 column was used with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Seventeen batches of Angelica grosvenorii glucose injection samples were identified in the fingerprint of 10 common peaks. By comparison with the reference substance, it was confirmed that the seven characteristic peaks were Danshensu, ligustrazine hydrochloride, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid D, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A. The similarity of fingerprints of 17 batches of Angelica gigatica injection were all greater than 0.98, and the fingerprints of herbs and semi-finished products had good correlation.
