观察实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠末梢肺组织的冰冻切片β-肾上腺素受体与~3H-DHA的结合量及离体肺条对异丙肾上腺素的松弛反应。结果表明,哮喘豚鼠肺组织冰冻切片的β-受体与~3H-DHA结合的最大结合量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),离体肺条对异丙肾上腺素松弛反应的曲线明显右移,ED_(50)值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。认为过敏性哮喘时气道反应性亢进与末梢肺组织β受体数量减少及激动剂的亲和性降低有关。
Observe the binding of β-adrenoceptor and ~3H-DHA in frozen sections of peripheral lung tissue of experimental allergic asthmatic guinea pigs and the relaxation response of isolated lung strips to isoproterenol. The results showed that the maximum binding amount of β-receptor and ~3H-DHA in frozen section of lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The curve of isolated lung strips on isoproterenol relaxation was obviously right. The shift, ED_ (50) value was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). It is believed that hyperactive airway hyperresponsiveness is associated with a decrease in the number of beta receptors in the peripheral lung tissue and a decrease in the affinity of the agonist.
