为探讨川断抗衰老机理．本实验采用D-半乳糖衰老小鼠灌胃川断水煎剂30天，测定衰老小鼠肝脏的总抗氧化能力（T－COA）和MDA含量，结果表明，川断水煎剂能明显提高肝的总抗氧化能力，降低MDA含量，提示川断具有抗氧化作用.
To explore the mechanism of anti-aging of Sichuan Chuan. In this experiment, D-galactose-senile mice were treated with gavage of water for 30 days to determine the total antioxidant capacity (T-COA) and MDA content in the liver of senile mice. The results showed that Chuanshui decoction can significantly improve the liver. The total antioxidant capacity, reduce the MDA content, suggesting that Sichuan cut off has an antioxidant effect.
