批林批孔运动以来,我们把改进领导作风列入党委议事日程,作为卫生革命的重要内容来抓,要求院领导和机关干部都要轮流下基层代职,参加医疗队和野营拉练,每年每人至少下去两个月以上。到目前为止,院领导和机关干部已先后下去六批,共59人次。七名院领导同志全部下去过,机关干部下去的占90%以上,其中参加两批以上的占60%。实践证明,这样做好处很多。它不仅有助于改进领导作风,克服官僚主义,防止经验主义和教条主义,而且有利于破除资产阶级法权思想,增强上下级之间、工休人员之间的革命团结,推动卫生革命的不断深入发展,促进医院的革命化建设。
