目的:建立一种抗平喘滴丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)对处方中药材进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定滴丸中麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量。结果:TLC图谱中可检出苦杏仁、甘草、麻黄的特征图谱,盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.033 05~0.396 6μg线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.39%,RSD 2.11%(n=6)。盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量在0.023~0.276μg线性关系良好。r=0.999 7,平均回收率99.89%,RSD 2.55%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality standard anti-asthma drop pills. Methods: The prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicines were identified by TLC. The content of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in dropping pills was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The characteristic map of bitter almond, licorice and ephedra could be found in TLC. The linear range of the injection was 0.033 05 ~ 0.396 6 μg with r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.39% and the RSD was 2.11% (n = 6). Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride injection volume 0.023 ~ 0.276μg linear relationship is good. r = 0.999 7, average recovery 99.89%, RSD 2.55% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of this product.
