在现在的运动训练教学中,合理的运用情感因素,能使运动员在提高体能素质的训练中产生喜欢和自发的兴趣,增强从事运动的意愿和意志,诱发主体进行创造的内在契机和引导主体对客体的认识倾向的作用。情感因素要运用到运动训练当中,就必须要求教练员要具有高度的责任感、丰富的专业技术技能、密切联系队员的工作作风、多样化的教学形式和锐意进取的创新精神。只有这样才能达到在运动训练中提高成绩。
