为了深入了解辐射对细胞蛋白质表达的影响,采用双向电泳技术检测低剂量X射线全身照射诱导小鼠脾细胞核及胞浆蛋白分子变化。结果表明,75mGyX射线照射后4h细胞核出现4个新蛋白点;2个增强蛋白点。照射后细胞浆出现6个新蛋白点;1个增强蛋白点和3个减弱蛋白点。正常细胞浆的3个蛋白点在照射后消失。正常细胞浆中的2个蛋白点在照射后分别减弱和消失,而在细胞核中增强和出现,提示低剂量辐射促进细胞核及细胞浆大分子物质的交换。
In order to understand the effect of radiation on cell protein expression, two-dimensional electrophoresis was used to detect the changes of the nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins in spleen cells induced by low dose X-ray. The results showed that there were 4 new protein spots and 2 enhanced protein spots at 4h after 75mGy X-ray irradiation. After irradiation, six new protein spots appeared in the cytoplasm; one enhanced protein spot and three weakened spots. Three protein spots in normal cytoplasm disappeared after irradiation. The two protein spots in the normal cytoplasm decreased and disappeared respectively after irradiation, but increased and appeared in the nucleus, suggesting that the low dose radiation promoted the exchange of the nuclear and cytoplasmic macromolecules.
