1968年,阶级斗争的阴云密布中华大地,上海市作协也不例外。刚刚30岁的戴厚英因为工作积极,口齿伶俐,批判“毒草”时总是打冲锋,已经成为作协文学研究所的笔杆子,上海作协“文革领导小组”的第四把手。而他,1938年就参加革命,早已成为有名的诗人、高级干部,一轮又一轮的政治运动后,他开始怀疑和厌倦。为了脱离北京文艺界的政治斗争,主动要求南下上海京剧院工作。普天之下,哪有世外桃源?
In 1968, there was a vast cloud of class struggle in China, and the Shanghai Writers Association was no exception.
