军用直升机和运输机在沙漠地带或简易跑道强行起降时,砂尘会对飞机叶片造成冲蚀损伤,导致压气机性能衰减和结构完整性破坏,严重影响发动机工作可靠性。为此,介绍了发达国家在冲蚀损伤机理、多层涂层技术、制备方法、冲蚀试验体系、涂层环境适应性以及涂层设计方法等6个方面的研究和发展情况;综述了我国在涂层材料体系、环境特性、制备方法与考核试验等方面开展的初步研究,指出与在这些方面与俄、美等国存在的巨大差距,并提出研究系统性不强、缺少相应的涂层设计手段、未验证考核方法的有效性以及基础研究不够深入等是制约抗冲蚀涂层技术发展和应用的主要原因。该研究明确了我国抗冲蚀涂层技术的研究发展方向,为进一步开展抗冲蚀涂层技术研究奠定基础。
When military helicopters and transport aircraft forcibly take off and land in desert areas or simple runways, sand and dust could cause erosion damage to aircraft blades, resulting in deterioration of compressor performance and structural integrity, seriously affecting the reliability of engine operation. Therefore, the research and development of developed countries in six aspects of erosion damage mechanism, multi-layer coating technology, preparation method, erosion test system, coating environment adaptability and coating design method are introduced. The preliminary research on the coating material system, the environmental characteristics, the preparation method and the examination of the test and so on points out the huge gap with Russia, the United States and other countries in this respect and points out that the research is not systematic and lacks the corresponding coating The main reason that restricts the development and application of anti-erosion coating technology is the design method, the effectiveness of unverified assessment method and the lack of basic research. The research has clarified the research direction of anti-erosion coating technology in our country and laid the foundation for further research on anti-erosion coating technology.
