目的：加强老年急腹症术后护理。方法：对我院近两年内收治的60岁以上的老年急腹症41例结合文献谈临床体会。结果：本组41例老年急腹症术后患者,发生肺部感染2例,切口延迟愈合2例,无死亡病例发生。结论：对老年急腹症术后的护理必须做到细致、入微、体贴,使老年患者早日康复。
