自中药虎杖中提取的大黄素与常用化学消除剂—吖叮黄、SDS,分别对金黄色葡萄球菌多剂耐药菌株(T_c~rG_m~rS_m~rP_c~r)进行抗生素耐药质粒消除试验。结果表明,大黄素对试验菌(22)的四环素耐药性:消除率与对照相比提高5.8—6.7倍。少数菌落同时消除青霉素、庆大霉素及链霉素的耐药性,消除率与对照相似。据此,初步认为金黄色葡萄球菌(22)可能存在四环素质粒。不能排除另一与青霉素等耐药性有关的质粒存在的可能性。
Antibacterial plasmids were removed from the multidrug-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus (T_c ~ rG_m ~ rS_m ~ rP_c ~ r) by using emodin and SDS, which were extracted from the rhizome of Chinese knotweed. The results showed that tetracycline resistance of emodin to test bacteria (22): elimination rate increased by 5.8-6.7 fold compared with the control. A small number of colonies simultaneously eliminate penicillin, gentamicin and streptomycin resistance, elimination rate and control similar. Based on this, it is preliminarily believed that tetracycline plasmid may exist in Staphylococcus aureus (22). The possibility of another plasmid associated with resistance to penicillin can not be ruled out.
