我们的祖先在长期的生活实践中发现了中药,同时,也发现了一些既可以做药物直接用于治疗疾病,还可以当作食物,用于日常生活。因而,我国自古就有“药食同源”、“药补不如食补”的说法。这些既是药品又是食品的东西,是我们日常生活之中的寻常之物,如能善用,将会为我们带来健康的生活和体魄。从本期开始,我们将分门别类逐渐向大家介绍我们在日常生活中随时碰得到的这些既是食品,又有一定医疗作用的食物。例如调味品类、蔬菜类、藻菌类、果品类、粮食类、家禽和水产等。每一类食物主要介绍它们的功效与主治,其目的在于帮助大家在生活中注意自我保健,提高我们的生活质量。
