随着我国社会的发展,我国金融商品和金融服务范围的不断扩大,金融消费者群体也日益庞大,金融消费者已成为消费者当中重要的一员。与此同时,金融商品和服务领域侵犯金融消费者权益的情况也日益严重,金融消费者的保护已成为我国改革金融监管体系的主要内容。本文试图对某法院近三年来金融消费者案件数据进行初步分析,以此初步探究我国金融消费者权益保护的不足,并在此基础上提出建立健全我国金融消费者保护的途径。
With the development of our society, the scope of China’s financial products and financial services has been expanding. The financial consumer groups have also become increasingly large. Financial consumers have become an important part of consumers. At the same time, the infringement of the rights and interests of financial consumers in the field of financial products and services has also become increasingly serious. The protection of financial consumers has become the main content of China’s reform of the financial regulatory system. This article tries to make a preliminary analysis of the data of financial consumers in a court in the past three years in order to probe into the shortcomings of the protection of rights and interests of financial consumers in our country and put forward the ways to establish and improve the protection of financial consumers in our country.
