目的探讨引导式教育疗法与Bobath疗法对脑性瘫痪儿童的运动发育的影响。方法将92例脑性瘫痪儿童,随机分为引导式教育疗法组(观察组)和Bobath疗法组(对照组),每组46例。分别在治疗前及治疗6个月采用运动发育指数和粗大运动功能测试(GMFM88项)进行综合评定。结果治疗前观察组与对照组患儿运动发育指数和GMFM88项的5个能区测试结果经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后观察组和对照组患儿的运动发育指数和GMFM88项测试结果均较治疗前有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论引导式教育疗法和Bobath疗法对脑瘫儿童运动功能的康复具有同等的疗效。
Objective To explore the effects of guided education and Bobath therapy on the motor development in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Ninety-two children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into guided education therapy group (observation group) and Bobath therapy group (control group), 46 cases in each group. The scores of exercise development index and gross motor function (GMFM88) were evaluated before treatment and 6 months respectively. Results There were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment (P> 0.05). The results of the five regions of motor development index and GMFM88 in the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P> 0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the observation group and the control group Children’s exercise development index and GMFM88 test results were significantly higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); after treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Guided pedagogy and Bobath therapy have the same effect on rehabilitation of motor function in children with cerebral palsy.
