一、课题研究的背景回顾洛社高级中学是一所新的江苏省四星级高中,原有的办学基础相对比较薄弱(班轨少,师资少),由于最近十年全校师生的共同努力,学校的办学业绩和社会声誉都有了比较大的提高,逐渐成为无锡市区同类学校中的佼佼者。但全校教师都非常理智的明白,自己学校目前的办学水准与老牌四星级高中相比还有比较大的距离,学校的进一步发展遇到了不可逾越的瓶颈,要想让学校成为一流名校还有很长的路要走。
