为适应机组安全稳定运行要求,实现水电厂“无人值班”(少人值守)的需要,槽渔滩水电厂经过调研,率先在单机25MW的轴流转浆式机组上,采用了数字阀液压伺服系统+PCC可编程计算机控制器的智能调速器。电气部分以PCC可编程计算机控制器为硬件主体,软件采用高级语言编程;液压伺服系统采用电磁球阀+二通插装阀。根据实际使用情况,将ZFST-100-4.0型智能调速器的性能特点及现场使用情况予以阐述。
