目的探讨加强药事管理在促进合理用药中的作用。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月大连市第三人民医院药剂科的5600张处方为研究对象,其中2800张为2014年处方,2800张为2015年处方,该院药剂科2014年使用传统工作方式管理药剂,2015年开始实行全院加强药事管理及中西药处方审核工作。比较两年的用药处方合格率。结果 2015年用药处方不合格率明显低于2014年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强药事管理能有效降低不合格处方发生率,保障患者药物治疗的安全性及有效性。
Objective To explore the role of drug administration in promoting rational drug use. Methods A total of 5,600 prescriptions from Pharmacy, Dalian Third People’s Hospital, from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects. Among them, 2,800 were prescriptions in 2014 and 2,800 were prescriptions in 2015. Pharmacy of the hospital used traditional Work management Pharmacy, 2015 began to implement the hospital to strengthen drug administration and western medicine prescription examination. Comparison of two years of drug prescription pass rate. Results The failure rate of prescription in 2015 was significantly lower than that of 2014, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion To strengthen the management of drugstores can effectively reduce the incidence of substandard prescriptions and ensure the safety and efficacy of drug treatment in patients.
