目的:在患儿床旁照相时,为使周围患儿及工作人员减少X线散射线辐射,自制了简易活动铅房,达到了预期设想,体现出临床应用价值。方法:把三合板、铅皮、铅玻璃、不锈钢板、合页及活动轮和支架有机结合组成活动铅房。结果:通过活动铅房的使用,大大减少了被检查者周围的患儿及工作人员的散射线的辐射剂量;同时也减少了医院及科室购买成品铅房的成本。结论:自制及临床应用简易活动铅房,对有效保护患儿和医护人员具有现实意义。
OBJECTIVE: To make peripheral children and staff reduce the radiation of X-ray and make a simple activity lead room when they took pictures at the bedside of a child, which fulfilled the expectation and demonstrated the clinical value. Methods: The lead plywood was combined with lead-lead, lead glass, stainless steel plate, hinges, movable wheels and brackets. Results: The use of mobile lead room greatly reduced the dose of scattered radiation from children and staff around the examinee, and reduced the cost of purchasing finished lead room in hospitals and departments. Conclusion: Self-made and clinical application of simple lead room, for the effective protection of children and medical staff of practical significance.
