目的:探寻影响公立医院综合绩效的因素,并据此提出针对性的对策建议。方法:应用系统动力学方法,找出各影响因素的因果关系图,构建系统动力学模型。结果:根据公立医院、政府、社会三个子系统,找出了影响公立医院综合绩效的三方面因素。结论:研究系统动力学模型提出的对策建议,可提升公立医院的综合绩效,为制定医改政策提供理论基础。
Objective: To explore the factors affecting the overall performance of public hospitals, and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. Methods: The system dynamics method was used to find the causality diagram of each influencing factor and construct the system dynamics model. Results: According to the three subsystems of public hospital, government and society, we found three factors that affect the comprehensive performance of public hospitals. Conclusion: The study suggests that the proposed system dynamics model can improve the overall performance of public hospitals and provide a theoretical basis for the development of health care reform policies.
