为了满足现代工业对机床电器的要求,我厂设计制造了“直流湿式阀用电磁铁”。该产品的关键构件之——“内套”中孔的精加工工艺,曾遇到不少困难。内套是由两种不同材料——钢及纯铁经高频铜钎焊而成,组成一个三种材料形成的薄壁套类零件(见图1)。内套内孔的长径比较大,我们曾试用精镗、精镀等方法进行加工,但精度、光洁度、生产效率等方面均不理想。经多次试验,最后在压机上采用压削加工,达到了加工要求,现介绍如下。
In order to meet the modern industrial requirements for machine electrical appliances, I plant design and manufacture of “DC wet valve electromagnet.” The key component of the product - the “inner sleeve” hole in the finishing process, have encountered many difficulties. The inner sleeve is made of two different materials, steel and pure iron, brazed with high-frequency copper to form a thin-walled part of a three-piece material (see Figure 1). Inner diameter of the inner sleeve is relatively large, we have tried precision boring, precision plating and other methods of processing, but the accuracy, finish, production efficiency and so on are not ideal. After many tests, the last press in the use of pressing, to meet the processing requirements, are presented below.
