中国工程建设标准化协会工程抗震委员会经过一年的筹备工作,于1992年1月9～10日在北京召开了成立大会。到会代表43人,他们来自全国工程抗震科研、设计、管理部门及高等院校。中国工程建设标准化协会副理事长兼秘书长邵卓民同志到会祝贺,并作了重要讲话,对工程抗震委员会的宗旨、任务及近期工作提出了具体要求。
After one year of preparatory work, the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association’s Engineering Anti-Seismic Committee held its inaugural meeting in Beijing from January 9 to October 10, 1992. There were 43 delegates from the conference. They came from the National Engineering Seismic Research, Design and Management Departments and Colleges and Universities. Comrade Shao Zhuoming, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, congratulated and made an important speech, putting forward specific requirements for the purpose, tasks and recent work of the Engineering Earthquake Prevention Committee.
