作者报告一例由于头颅外伤所致的有些特殊的胆脂瘤病例。一位年青大学生因慢性中耳炎而就诊。问诊中发现以往有车祸史,事故引起了头颅损伤,同时伴有一个乳突伤口。X 线摄片乳突部有明显的骨折线。当时听觉无变化,鼓膜完整。事过二年余,出现不明显的耳流溢液,呈持续性,无平衡障碍。外伤至今已四年余。检查发现鼓膜大穿孔,涉及后上边缘,耳流溢液有恶臭;听力测定气导损失40分贝,未发现面神经和前庭并发症。乳突 The authors report a case of a specific case of cholesteatoma due to head trauma.
