碳化硅陶瓷是一种具有优良的高温力学性能的新型结构陶瓷材料 ,具有热膨胀系数小、比重轻 (只有重金属的三分之一 )、导热系数大等特性 ,非常适合应用于航空航天高温结构件的制造。文中叙述了碳化硅陶瓷应用于某航天器的高温燃烧室的研制的全过程。结果表明 ,碳化硅陶瓷用于制备航天器燃烧室具有独特的优势 ,结果令人满意。同时 ,也指出了碳化硅陶瓷在其他领域的应用前景
Silicon carbide ceramic is a new type of structural ceramic material with excellent high-temperature mechanical properties. It has the characteristics of small thermal expansion coefficient, light weight (only one-third of heavy metals) and large thermal conductivity. It is very suitable for high temperature structural parts of aerospace Manufacturing. The article describes the silicon carbide ceramic used in a spacecraft high temperature combustion chamber of the whole process of development. The results show that the silicon carbide ceramics used in the preparation of spacecraft combustion chamber has a unique advantage, the results are satisfactory. At the same time, also pointed out the application of silicon carbide ceramics in other fields
