比较了冲击研磨制铍粉和传统的圆盘磨铍粉,结果发现:冲击研磨铍粉,具有粒度分布范围窄,颗粒近球形,氧含量低等优点。用该种粉末制备的铍材,无论是热压还是等静压铍材,其力学性能和性能的各向同性均得到全面改善。
The results show that impact pulverized beryllium powder has the advantages of narrow particle size distribution, nearly spherical particles and low oxygen content. Beryllium material prepared with this powder, whether it is hot or isostatic pressing beryllium material, the mechanical properties and properties of the isotropic have been fully improved.
