当一个长期适应于自己母国文化的人突然来到另一种新的文化环境中时,常常会在一段时间内出现文化休克现象。这是指一个人进入到不熟悉的文化环境时,因失去自己熟悉的所有社会交流的符号与手段而产生的一种迷失、疑惑、排斥甚至恐惧的感觉。引发文化休克有三点原因,经历文化休克的人会大体经历四个阶段。战胜文化休克,应当从困扰的场合或事件中脱身出来,对事件作一番反省,并思考合理的解析和应对方案。
When a person who has adapted to his own home culture for a long time suddenly comes to another new cultural environment, cultural shock often occurs for some time. This refers to the feeling of loss, confusion, exclusion or even fear when a person enters into an unfamiliar cultural environment and loses all the symbols and means of social communication that he is familiar with. Cultural shock caused by three reasons, experienced cultural shock will generally experience four stages. To overcome cultural shock, we should get out of troubled situations or events, make some introspection about the incident, and think about reasonable solutions and solutions.
