老年人进少盐饮食并非有利无弊。这是德阳波恩大学医院最新的试验结果。 医生们选择了20名65岁至35岁的老年人,分成两组进行了为期两年的试验观察。第一组每人每天的食盐量是12克;第二组每人每天只有1克。
Older people into salt diet is not beneficial. This is the latest test result of Deyang Bonn University Hospital. The doctors selected 20 elderly people between the ages of 65 and 35 and conducted two-year trial in two groups. The first group of salt per person per day is 12 grams; the second group only 1 gram per person per day.
