对天津市近郊氟危害地区改饮滦河水后地方性氟中毒的预防效果做了调查分析。选不同改水年限的8~12岁儿童开展氟斑牙及尿氟调查,改水11年后氟斑牙指数为0.31,呈非流行趋势;改水6年后氟斑牙指数为0.91,氟斑牙的流行趋势明显降低,且中、重度氟斑牙率明显减少;尿氟含量变化改水前为4.95mg/L,改水后3个月为2.24mg/L,改水后6个月为1.57mg/L,改水后2年为1.78mg/L,改水3年后为1.76mg/L。尿氟变化在改水6个月后己接近正常水平。
To investigate the preventive effect of endemic fluorosis after drinking water of Luan River in the area of fluorine hazard in Tianjin suburbs. Dental fluorosis and urinary fluoride were measured in children aged 8 ~ 12 years with different water-changing years. The dental fluorosis index was 0.31 after 11 years of water change, showing a non-epidemic trend. After 6 years of water change, the dental fluorosis index was 0 .91, the epidemic trend of dental fluorosis was significantly reduced, and the rate of moderate and severe dental fluorosis was significantly reduced. The change of urinary fluoride content was 4.95mg / L before water change and 2.24mg / L at 3 months after water change, Six months after the water change was 1.57mg / L, two years after the water change was 1.78mg / L, three years after the water change to 1.76mg / L. Urinary fluoride changes in the water change 6 months after the normal level has been close to normal.
