利用甲醇和石油醚两种溶剂对砂地柏种子进行连续抽提 ,并跟踪测定了各组分对棉铃虫生长发育的影响。结果表明 :各处理的幼虫体重增加量均较对照低。从第 3天至第 13天 ,各处理组之间及和对照组之间差异显著。各处理的总校正死亡率均低于 35 %。经甲醇残组分处理的幼虫 ,其幼虫期与对照相比延长了7~ 9d ,其化蛹率仅为 6 4 71%和 5 5 5 6 % ,蛹重与对照相比差异显著。
The seeds of Sabina vulgaris were continuously extracted with two solvents of methanol and petroleum ether, and the effects of each component on the growth and development of cotton bollworm were tracked. The results showed that the body weight gain of all treatments was lower than that of the control. From the 3rd day to the 13th day, there was significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group. The total corrected mortality for each treatment was less than 35%. The larvae larvae of the larvae that were treated with methanol residual fraction prolonged 7 ~ 9 days compared with the control, and their pupation rates were only 6 4 71% and 5 5 5 6%. The pupa weight was significantly different from that of the control.
