近年来,由于受到编制的制约,越来越多的高职院校选择使用编外人员补充到教师、管理和教辅岗位。编外人员已经成为高职院校重要的人力资源,但是由于缺乏有效的管理,尤其是《劳动合同法》实施以后,编外人员维权案件时有发生。针对《劳动合同法》实施过程中出现的新情况新问题,高职院校在编外用工模式上应如何调整思路,采取措施来减少用工风险与劳动纠纷,本文将就这一问题进行初步的探索。
In recent years, due to the restriction of compilation, more and more higher vocational colleges have opted to use non-staff personnel to supplement teachers, management and teaching posts. Non-staff has become an important human resource in higher vocational colleges. However, owing to the lack of effective management, especially after the implementation of the “Labor Contract Law,” non-staff protection cases have occurred from time to time. In view of the new situation and new problems appearing in the implementation of “Labor Contract Law”, how should higher vocational colleges adjust their thinking in non-core employment mode and take measures to reduce employment risks and labor disputes, this article will carry out preliminary exploration on this issue .
