复方丹参注射液系中药制剂,作为祖国的传统医药,越来越受到临床工作重视。本文仅对其临床应用近况做一综述,旨在使传统医药更加发扬光大。 1 对脑梗塞的治疗 孟氏治疗36例,复方丹参20ml+5％葡萄糖盐水250ml1/日静点(合并糖尿病者,则用之20ml+生理盐水250ml1/日静点),3周一疗程,治愈率91.4％;纪氏复方丹参+脉通液+甘露醇合用,可显著提高疗效,治愈2例幼儿脑梗塞。 复方丹参注射液具有抑制凝血,抑制血小板合成前列腺素,抑制血小板粘附聚集和血小板第Ⅲ因子,延长血清凝血酶原时间,促进红细胞解聚、促进纤溶功能,降血脂,活血化瘀作用。
