着眼于我国风险投资业的现状 ,客观分析了易使人们对风险投资产生错误认识和概念偏差的几个方面 ,包括风险投资对高科技产业的影响 ;风险资本家与科技企业家的关系 ;风险投资的退出与创业板市场的建立以及风险投资对改善公司治理结构的贡献 ,以求对风险投资有全面的认识。
Focusing on the status quo of China’s venture capital industry, this paper objectively analyzes several aspects that make people mistakenly know and mislead the concept of venture capital, including the impact of venture capital on high-tech industries; the relationship between venture capitalist and technology entrepreneur; The exit of the GEM and the establishment of a venture capital market and the contribution of venture capital to the improvement of the corporate governance structure in order to have a comprehensive understanding of venture capital.
