铜鋅冶炼工业的电解槽和电鍍工业的鍍槽,一般都用鉛皮衬里。但是鉛的价格昂貴,同时国家经济建設部门对于鉛的需要非常迫切,因此必須寻找代用品,以节約有色金属和降低設备費用。根据苏联几年来的经验,使用辉绿岩板与胶泥作为化工設备的防腐蝕衬里,不但耐酸而且耐溫,除氢氟酸、脂肪酸外,能耐硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、磷酸及醋酸等各种浓酸。我国现已大量生产輝綠岩粉,价格低廉,容易采购。我們在銅电解的混凝土电解槽中試用辉綠岩耐酸胶泥作衬里,经过使用証明,用这种衬里可以达到投資少、节約金属的目的,在效果上,较鉛衬里为佳,符合“多快好省”和“增产节約”的精神,突出表现在以下几方面。
