中国农业大学陈文新院士课题组的田长富博士等在PNAS(《美国科学院院刊》)发表研究文章,修正了国际上有关根瘤菌共生机制进化的假说。在陈文新院士课题组前期研究的基础上,田长富等从1000余株大豆根瘤菌中选取了26株Sinorhizobium和Bradyrhizobiumn两属代表菌株进行比较基因组学分析。研究发现,两属根瘤菌各自特有功能基因与其生物地理分布特征相符;已知功能基因在各基因组中的有无特征可以反映根瘤菌的物种系统发育关系,而根瘤菌的泛基因组相关信息则不能正确反映此种关系;遗传重组和水平基因转移在核心基因组的进化历史中发挥了主导作
Dr. Tian Changfu, a research group led by Chen Wenxin, a member of China Agricultural University, published a research paper in the PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences), amending the hypothesis of international evolution of the symbiotic mechanism of rhizobia.
