企业债券作为一种直接融资的手段,其融资数额偏小和我国金融市场的发展明显不相适应。面对影响它的深、浅层次原因,必须积极引导国有企业利用债券融资;建立和健全信用评级制度,大力发展信用评级机构;改进和完善企业债券监管制度,推动企业債券市场的迅速发展。
