我院近期诊治胰岛素瘤5例，手术3例，1例为多发性肿瘤。曾分别误诊为癫痫、感染性休克、颅内占位等。Whipple三联征与IRI／GS＞0．3有定性诊断意义。多次B超检查结合CT重复扫描可帮助定位。手术无遗漏，效果满意。Santosdatin，Diamox及胰区放射治疗对术后胰瘘治疗效果明显。
Our hospital has recently diagnosed and treated 5 cases of insulinoma, 3 cases of surgery, and 1 case of multiple tumors. They were misdiagnosed as epilepsy, septic shock, and intracranial space occupation. Whipple triad sign and IRI/GS>0.3 have qualitative diagnostic significance. Repeated B-ultrasound combined with CT scans can help locate. No omissions in surgery and satisfactory results. Santosdatin, Diamox and pancreatic radiotherapy have a significant effect on postoperative pancreatic fistula.
