宝钢300t氧气顶吹转炉采用u—400过程控制计算机控制吹炼终点。开工以来,终点控制效果日益提高。1986年8月,终点同时命中率达到72.4%,一次吹炼率达到81.7%,转炉各项技术经济指标达到较好水平。概要阐述了终点控制模型和主要技术经济指标,并提出从1)原材料条件;2)最佳吹炼模式和标准化操作;3)氧枪喷头性能稳定;4)提高副枪测成率;5)提高吹炼技术水平等方面提高终点同时命中率。
