考察了改变α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷室温硫化硅橡胶分子量、硅油、耐油助剂对室温硫化硅橡胶(以下简称RTV)耐油性能的影响。结果表明在试验范围内降低α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷分子量有助于提高RTV的耐油性,前期随着添加耐油助剂的增加其耐油性能的提高越大,即使添加2%对其耐油性也有着较为明显的效果。而硅油对耐油性能几乎没有影响。
The effects of varying the molecular weight of α, ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane RTV silicone oil and oil additives on the oil resistance of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV) were investigated. The results show that reducing the molecular weight of α, ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane in the experimental range can help improve the oil resistance of RTV. In the early stage, the increase of oil resistance increased with the addition of oil-resistant additives. Even if 2 % Of its oil resistance also has a more significant effect. Silicone oil has almost no effect on oil resistance.
